Valras-Plage has all the charms of the famous resorts Deauville or Biarritz. This former fishing village, located at the estuary of the Orb river, has retained its charm in the past with its beach, its beautiful villas from the turn of the century, its traditional market hall and casino.
Valras was more of a fishing village, but in the 1960s the resort was modernized with the ambition to make the resort attractive year-round.
The marina currently has 220 moorings and another 130 along the Orb River.
Valras Plage has 4 348 permanent residents and during the summer period the population is tenfold.
The resort is located 15 km from Béziers, 30 km from Narbonne and 70 km from Montpellier. Near the airport in Beziers / Vias, about 15 min by car.
At present, this is a large green area that is being developed and the location is great as it is green and a very quiet neighbourhood - yet walking distance to the beach and all shops, restaurants and other amenities.
This residence is part of this development and it is about the holiday homes. Totally 40 apartments and 80 houses will be built. There will be a common swimming pool on site as well as a boules pitch.

In return for a minimum annual rent of 550 EUR VAT inclusive, the lessor undertakes to leave his property to the lessee for a minimum of 4 weeks during the period from 1 July to 31 August of each year, for 9 years. The lessor gets 70% of the rental income and the absolute minimum is 550 EUR VAT inclusive/year.
The delivery is scheduled for end 2019 for the apartments and autumn 2020 for the houses.
