Hérault is just about half way between Marseilles and the Spanish border. Facing the Mediterranean to the south and the Central Massive to the north. Pézenas is 23 km from Béziers and 55 from Montpellier.

The old city of Pézenas is very well preserved and some of its houses date from the 15th century. The oldest parts date back to the time of the crusaders, the 11th century.

The modern airport of Montpellier has daily departures to many international destinations as well as a very good domestic service.

It will take you 3 hours and 15 minutes to go from Montpellier to Paris, 750 km.
